Robert Hultslander is Vice President of Capital Formation, where he leads capital strategy and investor engagement. He brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate and structured finance and has raised and deployed over $500 million in equity across global commercial real estate markets.
Throughout his career, Robert has advised institutional investors, family offices, and development firms on capital structuring, recapitalizations, and acquisitions across asset classes. He has executed a broad spectrum of investment strategies and is credited with co-developing a patented financing structure for distressed asset acquisition—demonstrating his ability to innovate in complex capital-raising environments.
Prior to joining Highland Digital, Robert founded Leblon International, providing global real estate investment and advisory services. He also co-founded Impressa Group and served as managing principal of Impressa-AGN, a European joint-venture real estate services firm.
Robert holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Hampden-Sydney College, graduating with honors, and is fluent in Spanish. Based in Atlanta, he is active in philanthropy and lives with his wife and daughter. He enjoys skiing, fishing, and sporting clays.
