Blake Chavis is Director of Investor Relations, where he manages investor relationships in support of the company’s capital markets strategy.

Blake began his career in the construction industry before founding and scaling a high-growth construction company. Through targeted acquisitions and disciplined expansion, he built a diversified business portfolio now representing more than $50 million in value. His experience with complex financing structures—including leveraged buyouts and seller financing—strengthens Highland Digital’s investor engagement and long-term capital partnerships.

Blake has developed a strong network of high-net-worth individuals, former professional athletes, and business leaders through long-standing, relationship-driven engagement. His approach emphasizes trust, alignment, and repeat investment, supporting sustained capital commitments.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Blake serves on the board of the National Monuments Foundation. He studied Economics and International Business at Georgia State University and Strasbourg EM in France.
